Create Your Dollar Store First Aid Kit for Travel

I have always had a purse FULL of just in case items that I need in case of an emergency. However, sometimes your travel plans do not incorporate the size of your everyday purse. This means that you have to DOWNSIZE. Ahgh!

This downsizing process can cause us to reevaluate what we choose to carry in our suitcase or travel backpack. One thing that I choose to always have on hand is my Dollar Store First Aid Kit.

Here's a hint, you can purchase each of these items for $1 or less AND they can fit in a small pack or a make up bag (we purchase our make up bag from Goodwill).

Here are the items:

1 - Bandages

2 - Thermometer

3 - First Aid Tape

4 - Ibuprofen

5 - Tweezers

6 - Acetaminophen

7 - Ice Pack

8 - Antibiotic Cream

9 - Baby Wipes
