This weekend, our family had a great staycation in Granbury! We were very excited about having a great weekend without ever leaving town! This was the famous weekend of the Harvest Moon Festival!
Personally, I've been looking forward to this great event ALL year! During the early afternoon on Saturday, we had a great lunch at the local Hoffbrau Steaks restaurant. Check out this post about this amazing steakhouse from earlier this year: LINK
Then, we visited the Harvest Moon Festival:
After visiting the festival, our family journeyed to the "Balloons Over Granbury" celebration! The local Boys and Girls Club sponsored this very important event! This was definitely the event of the day! We enjoyed the booths before the event and the opportunity to connect with individuals from our hometown (and surrounding cities). We were very surprised to see several families from our workplace! It was a perfect Saturday evening!
